Prior to working for EBI, Ginny spent time volunteering for us, and even hosted two fundraisers for EBI. We knew she’d be a great addition to our team and encouraged her to apply for a position.

Ginny joined Supported Employment Services as an Employment Specialist during June 2017, and was quickly promoted to Job Developer Supervisor. Ginny’s staff shared that she is a wonderful supervisor and mentor, and Ginny shared, “working at EBI is the most rewarding job I’ve ever had.”

Ginny made her first employment placement soon after starting her position, negotiating accommodations and job modifications with the HR Regional Manager and successfully placing an individual within their top employment choice. Ginny’s efforts continue to produce amazing outcomes, including the new CA State Internship Program and a successful hire within the State of California.
