EBI and YMCA Team Up to Create the Early Childhood Education Program

We are pleased to share a wonderful video by the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) spotlighting one of EBI’s newest Supported Employment programs.The Early Educator Apprentice Program (EEAP) at YMCA of the East Bay creates a supportive path to a career in Early Childhood Education!  This unique program blends hands-on training, personalized support, and classroom learning. Participants earn certifications, ECE units, and real-world experience working with kids from birth to age 5. It’s a privilege to support individuals like Jennifer who are empowered to start their career!
